In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Services on omtoto. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. omtoto actively enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be returned (net of any withdrawals already made), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. omtoto's Services are primarily directed at players residing in Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of omtoto complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. omtoto does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law at the individual user level.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By using omtoto, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction, and that you are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from forming a contract.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. You represent that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by omtoto or any other gaming operator. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from omtoto, you must contact our support team before attempting to re-register. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Process. To access omtoto's Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update that information promptly if it changes. omtoto reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one active Account on omtoto. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, identity documents, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, omtoto reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend all associated accounts.
• Void all bets and wagers placed across those accounts.
• Confiscate any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from those accounts.
• Process a single withdrawal of remaining Real Money Funds to the primary verified payment method and close all accounts permanently.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. omtoto will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify omtoto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Details Accuracy. The full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details registered on your Account must match the identity documents you submit during KYC. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending clarification.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts and any credits, balances, or entitlements therein are personal to the registered Member and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or gifted to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in its immediate closure.

4.1 Mandatory Verification. omtoto operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy consistent with international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. All Members must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed, and at any other point where omtoto deems verification necessary.

4.2 Required Documents. The standard KYC document set includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or international passport — full-color, clearly legible, showing name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Payment Ownership: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals belongs to you. For bank transfers, this may be a screenshot of your mobile banking app showing your name and account number.
• Proof of Address (if requested): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and residential address.

4.3 Verification Timeline. omtoto aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete document set. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. omtoto is not liable for any delays caused by incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent documentation submitted by the Member.

4.4 Enhanced Due Diligence. For accounts with high transaction volumes or where omtoto has reason to conduct additional review, enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks may be applied. These may include requests for source-of-funds documentation or additional identity evidence. Members are obliged to cooperate with EDD requests within 14 calendar days or risk account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. omtoto supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

5.2 Deposit Requirements. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment channel. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded less any applicable bank handling fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. To request a withdrawal, a Member must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) request withdrawal to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless omtoto's support team approves an alternative in writing. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the account dashboard.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Verified Members requesting withdrawals before 22:00 WIB on standard Indonesian banking days will typically receive funds same-day. E-wallet withdrawals process within five minutes in most cases. omtoto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or national holidays.

5.5 No Platform Fees. omtoto does not charge Members a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. omtoto has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party transaction fees.

5.6 Currency. All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on omtoto are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No multi-currency accounts are available.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. omtoto offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, minimum odds, eligible game types, and time limit for each bonus are published in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain markets — including but not limited to certain togel draw types and markets with odds below the stated minimum — may not contribute toward wagering requirements.

6.3 One Bonus Per Member. Promotional offers are limited to one per Member, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and potential account closure.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. omtoto maintains the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a bonus withdrawal; using automated betting software; exploiting pricing errors; or coordinating with other Members to abuse promotions collectively.

6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not utilized within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Member's account without compensation. Real Money Funds are not subject to expiry.

6.6 omtoto's Discretion. omtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Members who are in the process of satisfying wagering requirements at the time of modification will be notified of any material changes.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets and wagers placed on omtoto are subject to acceptance by the platform. omtoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where: a pricing error has occurred; the bet exceeds the Member's account balance; the relevant market has been suspended; or the platform has reason to suspect fraudulent activity.

7.2 Settled Bets. Once a bet has been accepted and settlement has been confirmed, it is final. omtoto will not reverse a settled bet unless: a manifest pricing error is identified; the event outcome is subsequently revised by the official governing body; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

7.3 Market-Specific Rules. Each product category on omtoto — including sports betting, live casino tables, togel draws, and slot titles — is governed by its own set of product rules, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. Members are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before participating.

7.4 System Errors. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communication disruption that affects the recording or settlement of a bet, omtoto will use all available records to determine the correct outcome. Where this is not possible, the bet in question may be voided and the stake returned. omtoto is not liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the omtoto platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets without human interaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or pool bonus claims.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or result manipulation.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits through your bank or payment provider.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing omtoto staff or other Members through any communication channel.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the omtoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of omtoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 License to Use. omtoto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: scrape, reproduce, or redistribute platform content; reverse engineer any software; or use omtoto's branding, trademarks, or trade dress without prior written consent.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Game titles and associated content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are subject to their own licensing terms.

10.1 Platform Availability. omtoto makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available around the clock. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to force majeure events, internet infrastructure failures, or actions of third-party service providers.

10.2 Betting Losses. Gambling involves risk and Members may lose money. omtoto is not liable for any financial losses incurred through legitimate betting or gaming activity on the platform. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that loss is an inherent possibility.

10.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, omtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if omtoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Cap on Liability. Where omtoto is found liable for direct damages in circumstances not excluded by these Terms, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the liability arose.

11.1 Data Collection. omtoto collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and customer support. The types of data collected, the purposes for which they are used, and the rights you hold over your data are set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

11.2 Data Security. omtoto employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalled database architecture, and strict internal access controls to protect Member data. No data security system is impenetrable, and omtoto cannot guarantee absolute security, but we commit to notifying affected Members promptly in the event of a confirmed data breach.

11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering on omtoto, you consent to receiving promotional communications from us via email, SMS, or in-platform notification. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting our support team or updating your notification preferences in your account settings.

12.1 Termination by omtoto. omtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or abusive conduct; regulatory requirements; failure to complete KYC; or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

12.2 Termination by Member. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, omtoto will process any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. All Bonus Funds are forfeited. Obligations that by their nature survive termination — including indemnities, limitation of liability provisions, and intellectual property rights — shall continue in effect.

12.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after 12 months of no login activity. omtoto will make reasonable efforts to notify the Member before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as published in the platform's fee schedule. Where the balance reaches zero due to dormancy fees, the account will be closed.

13.1 Right to Amend. omtoto reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, omtoto will provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the omtoto platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

13.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms was last updated on 1 January 2026. Previous versions are available on request by contacting our support team.

14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which omtoto holds its international gaming license. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Indonesia.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Member and omtoto, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation via our customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative resolution mechanism.

14.3 Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
